There is a Difference
Between Attorneys
I have had countless clients tell me that I am not like other attorneys, and I take that as a serious compliment. I am continuously told by clients that the consultation has been a comforting experience in a very difficult time. In some cases, clients may have met with other attorneys prior to our meeting and, for the first time, they have a clear understanding of the bankruptcy process.
No Major Upfront Costs
Do you have $2,500 to $4,500 "up front" to hire a decent bankruptcy attorney? If you did, you probably would not be considering bankruptcy in the first place. I would be happy to sit down with you, for free, for as long as you like, to answer all of your questions relating to your financial situation.
Immediate Relief
You can have immediate relief and a sense of control back in your life. Once you retain our office for a Chapter 13 or a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you may immediately advise your creditors that you are represented and most will immediately stop the harassing calls and letters.
Free Consultation
I would be happy to sit down with you, whenever you like, for as long as you like, at no charge. It is important to me that you fully understand your options. Whether it is bankruptcy, or some other option, or no action at all, you will leave my office with a plan to address your situation.
While bankruptcy should be a last resort, if you eventually decide to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy relief, you need only pay the filing fee of $313.00 "up front". Our fee can be paid over the life of your 3 -5 year Chapter 13 Plan.
If, after our consultation, it seems a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is your best option, a payment plan is available. However, the law does not permit us to file your petition until the full fee is paid.
